1~3~ <br />Shavor moved that the petition be rejected but that the Village <br />barricade the alley to vehicular traffic in such a manner that <br />pedestrian and bicycle traffic be continued, and that the details <br />of barricading be referred to the engineer for his recommendations, <br />bearing in mind that Johnson has to have access to his garage, <br />and that action be taken as soon as possible.
