'~~e realize it is p>ssible and very feasible to make some grade changes and put in a very minimum amount of storm sewer. In view of the fact that most of the streets are quite poor, vre have made some minor improvements and have been able to drain the vrater out of some sections. ~;'ith the re-grading, vre vrere able to reduce the cost to about ~10,1G00,00, I might say that these estimates are conservative a.nd that for the same squire foot area, the assessment on this second plan would. be about X93.00. '~e feel that the second clan, being cheaper, does more good in that vre are able to r.ebair these streets and accomplish the same result as with the costlier plan.
