He said it would be a matter of about <br />1~2 hour Monday, Wednesday and Friday. <br />They will have Pennig come in and he feels sure Pennig <br />can take care of the drainage problem on Albert North of <br />Larpenteur. <br />They haven't been able to get much information on the grade <br />'separation at Snelling and Larpenteur. The State is sur- <br />veying in the area but he hasn't been able to find out <br />what they are trying to determine. They are getting to- <br />,~ether as much information as possible from different <br />areas that are comparable so they can get recommendations <br />written up. <br />Brad submitted drawings of the Arona Street Improvement, <br />SAP 62-101-01 Falcon Heights, MSAS 101, and the Iowa- <br />$nelling playground improvement SP No. 6216-38. After <br />study and discussion, Coppini moved that the preliminary <br />plans on these two projects be approved. Seconded by <br />Shavor and carried. <br />Curbs, gutters, Letter from Dean Anklan, County Engineer was read, in <br />sidewalks or part, as follows: "In the future, if it is the village's <br />storm sewers desire to require a contractor developing an area to place <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, or storm sewers in conjunction <br />with his development along County Roads, we will,at the <br />request of the Village review the proposed plans and try <br />to establish grades and locations for this work." <br />Permits for special Letter of April 18th from Deane R. Anklan, County Engineer, <br />use of County was read. Letter advised the County Commissioners adopted <br />Roads a resolution azthorizing the County Engineer to issue permits <br />for special use of County roads. These permits shall be <br />required when the use is not in accord with normal traffic <br />movements such as excavation for utility and service connec- <br />tions by private contractors, moving of buildings over County <br />roads and movement of extra width loads or extra length loads <br />over County roads. °ermits a.re required and are available <br />at the Ramsey County Highway Garage 3377 Rice Street or at <br />the County Engineer's Office, 367 Court House. No charge <br />will be made for these Hermits. <br />Jurgenson property It eras suggested that Clerk Mortenson write Jurgenson <br />requf.~sting that he clean up his property. <br />San. Sewer, C. K. Letter from Toltz, King, Duval, Anderson end Associates was <br />Otis residence read and turned over to the Engineers for study and report. <br />Damaged sewer A±±orney Graham reported he had a reply in answer to his <br />stubs Fry St. letter to the Attorneys for Herbst and Pdaryland Casualty <br />which said they were not responsible and were not going to <br />assume any responsibility.
