SPECIAL AdEETING OCTOBER 2nd, 1961. <br />1647 <br />Meeting was called to order at 7;30 P. M., the following Council members being <br />present: Harold C. Nilsen, Mayor; George Shavor, Trustee; Willis ,"~arkentien, <br />Trustee; C. P. Stone, Trustee; Al Pdortenson, Clerk. Also present was ?~4rs. <br />Ethel E. ti"~hite, Deputy Clerk and Deputy Treasurer. <br />Trustee, Clerk Mortenson administered the Oath of Office to <br />C. P. Stone. Charles P. Stone, newly appointed Trustee. <br />~I <br />Planning There was a discussion regarding plans for the Public <br />.Informational Hearing on the proposed zoning ordinance <br />to be held October 10th at 8 P. P~. at the trillage Hall. <br />The Deputy Clerk was instructed to ask Dahlgren "Why <br />the difference in side yards on pages 39 and 1.A].? ti~Jhy <br />does he use `Single Family Residence's on page 39 instead <br />of 'Lot in R district' on page 41; and Why he uses '40 feet' <br />on Wage ~1 instead of '25feet' as used on page 39. <br />Sewer stubs, Attorney Grahams letter to Bonestroo outlining questions <br />damaged, asked by Herbst's Attorneys was read and filed for future <br />Herbst reference. <br />Budget Those present worked on the budget. <br />Recreation Clerk Mortenson was instructed to write Emmet D.
