Petition of people is needed to submit question. Election Clerk P~dortenson administered the oath of office to Edwin A. Johnson, Justice of Peace. David P. A Certificate of Commendation ?°~:as presented to David P. Cartwright Cartwright by T;Zayor Nilsen on behalf of the Village of ~'aicon Heights for his special meritorious service as Chairman of the planning Commission for five years and before that as Vill.ge Trustee from 195. to 1956, and. representative on Greater St. Paul Safety Council. Planning The official zoning man, as adopted by the Village Council at it's special hearing on .December 21st, 1961, together with the proposed land use plan, was presented to the Council by Howard ?~ahlgren of ~elidwest Planning and Research, Inc. ~,~Zr. Galvin spoke of getting it into the hands of the printer for official publication the early part of January 1962. plans for index and reference in new zoning ordinance was discussed. Arthur Lindig had a question regarding depth of zoning on the North side of Larnenteur Avenue. Planning It was moved by Shavor, seconded by V;arkentien and unanimously voted that Ptidvrest Planning & Pesearch Inc., be paid ~1357.Lt5 for services from April, 1961 through December 1961.
