Olsen, Treasurer; Brad Lemberg, Engineer; Ethel E. 1'Ihite, <br />Deputy Clerk and Penuty Treasurer. <br />A.nnroval of the ~?inutes of the Regular "~?eeting of January 25th, as corrected, was <br />moved by Stone, seconded by Shavor and carried. (Page 1710, last paragraph, <br />7th line, "22-l~0" mix changed to "2331" and 9th line "B6/18" changed to "8618.)" <br />Sewer hook-u?~: Clerk T~~lortenson reported we had sold 6 x~ermits for Spring In- <br />stallation, before A~Zay 15th. Two people had. called and indicated <br />they vrere negotiating with Installers and would buy Hermits very <br />' soon, leaving only one not heard from. <br />The Clerk was instructed to write Lametti regarding the correction <br />of the sewer from the main to the boulevard at 1540 Iowa and 1783 <br />No. Holton. <br />Note from resident at 1803 No. Hamline was referred to Attorney <br />Galvin who will contact St. Paul. <br />Requisition Approval of re~u~.sition #~17l~ for 2~ pr heavy wool socks at 65¢ <br />#17~t pr. and 24 pr. heavy wool mit+,ens at 95¢ a Hair for the fire <br />department was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Warkentien and <br />carried. <br />Rezoning, Letter from the Planning Commission eras read, in part, as <br />Weigt, 1687 W. follows: "The Planning Commission considered the request of the <br />Larpenteur: "coder P.ealty Company that the property now owned by Ernest Weigt <br />at 1687 V't. Larpenteur be permitted to be used for a duplex or <br />multiple dwelling." <br />After discussion, adoption of the following resolution was moved <br />by Stone, seconded by Warkentien and carried: <br />WHEREAS ~Zr. Ernest j~,~eigt has filed a request for a conditional <br />use of the Real Estate and house located at 1687 W. Larpenteur <br />with the zoning administrator for the Village of Falcon Heights, <br />and. <br />WHEREAS said application for conditional use has been referred to <br />the Planning Commission of the Village of Falcon Heights for <br />their study and recommendation, and said commission recommended <br />on the 1st day of February 1962, that such conditional use be <br />granted <br />NOY~F, T~EREFOFE, BE IT ~?ESOLVED that P~~r. Ernest tiueigt be granted <br />a conditional use for the real estate and house at 1687 Vd. <br />Larpenteur Avenue, now zoned B-l, and said conditional use is <br />hereby restricted to the use of said house on tY~e"heretofore <br />described real estate as a two-family duplex residence. <br />The Clerk was instructed to send copies of the preceding reso- <br />
