1736 <br />ment roll in the office of the County Auditor for <br />the Village of Falcon Heights Sanitary Seiner <br />Assessment affecting said lots, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said assessment roll <br />be and it hereby is corrected and the existing descrip- <br />tion of said property shall be as follows <br />(1) Southerly 2 feet of lot 6 and all of Lot 5, Block <br />2 Falcon Woods Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br />(2) Lot 6, except for the Southerly 2 feet thereof, <br />Block 2, Falcon Woods Addition, Ramsey County, Minn. <br />And add to the assessment of lot ~, block 2 Falcon Woods <br />Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota an additional 2 front <br />feet at the existing rate of said assessment. <br />Idaho-Snelling lifter discussion, it was moved by Stone, seconded by <br />Playground, 6 ft. Nilsen and voted to adopt the following resolution: <br />Chain Fence <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS TO <br />BUILD A 6-foot CHAIN LINK FENCE AROUND THE SNELLING-IDAHO <br />PLAYGROUND AND PONDING AREA, AND RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR THE <br />TOTAL COST OF SAID IMPROVEMENT FROM THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF AGREEAdENT C-2601 BET'~~~EEN THE STATE <br />OF MINNESOTA AND THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS. <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights and the State of <br />Minnesota have entered into an agreement, No. C-2601, by <br />which the Village of Falcon~Heights will contribute $10,000.00 <br />of the total cost of planned improvements and the State of <br />P~Iinnesota will pay the remainder of cost of completed con- <br />struction of a playground and ponding area at Snelling and <br />Idaho Avenues in Falcon Heights, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights is to receive a <br />credit towards its share of the total cost of such play- <br />ground and ponding area for such improvements to the play- <br />ground and ponding area, as are shown on the plans and <br />specifications attached to Agreement No. C-2601, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights wi71 build a 6-foot <br />chain link fence around said playground and ponding area, <br />and the State of Minnesota has agreed by letters dated <br />February 2 and February 11~, 1962, that the Village of <br />Falcon Heights will receive a credit against its X10,000.00 <br />share of the total completed cost of said playground and <br />ponding area, for the total cost of said fence as shown by <br />a certified bill of cost upon completion of said fence, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />(1) Zhe Village of Fa~:con Heights is authorized to <br />build a b-foot chain link fence around said playground <br />and ponding area according to the plans and specifications <br />
