1761 <br />".Rrs. ~~. Young- I would like to know what can be built on my lot. They tell me <br />per: I have to have a 90 foot frontage before it can be used for <br />multiple dwellings. ~~1y lot is not that wide. She was told <br />she could continue to use it as a residence until such time <br />as some developer might approach her with a proposal to buy <br />her lot and other property sufficient to enable him to con- <br />struct his proposed project. A+,torney Galvin advised her <br />that the Council did not iniate these proposals. All they <br />did was review the proposals submitted to see if they com- <br />plied with regulations. P~Irs. Youngner then said she felt <br />she had been injured, and. would like to know what could be <br />built on her property. She eras advised the Council ~.aould <br />check and report to her later. <br />J. Bianchi, Zhe zoning map shows a 30~ set back from Fairview. The <br />I72~ No. other homes on Fairview are set; back 50'. "dill an apartment <br />Fairview: be permitted with a 30' set back? The matter was .referred to <br />Attorney Galvin who will report back at the next meeting, <br />June 13th. <br />Sanitary Attorney Galvin reported he had received a letter from Hanson's <br />Sewer, Harvey attorney advising that, in the process of hooking up to the <br />Hanson: sewer, they had run into problems which led to inconvenience <br />and damage to the house for which Hanson feels he should be <br />compensated. <br />Engineer Lemberg reported tha± it was due to Hanson's ovm <br />neglect to contact reco^imended plumbers that he vras without <br />sewer service as long as he was. He did nothing to mitigate <br />the damage or improve the s9..tuation. He had been advised <br />that, through his negligence, he tivas permitting a condition to <br />continue that might lead to a serious health problem. <br />Stone moved that a±torney Galvin be instructed to deny +.,he <br />claim. Seconded by Z'iarkentien and carried.
