I <br />1811 <br />Idaho-Snell, Engineer Lemberg advised he had met with Mr. Leeberg of Leeberg <br />Playgrounds and Peterson who quoted a total price of X530.00 for the con- <br />crete shelter, with a concrete deck and benches which can also <br />be used as tool boxes. With plain benches instead of the <br />"tool-box" type, the price could be reduced about X50.00. <br />The following men from the Idaho-Snelling area expressed their <br />interest in the grogram, their preference for a different type <br />of shelter, and their help in organizing a Community Program <br />of financing,. planning and designs for a suitable building and <br />help in the construction of same: George Kilgore, Carl Johnson, <br />Henry Ernst, Herb Richards Don ~dadole, James C. a~~cGuire and <br />Wayne Sorenson. They wild. draw up their plans and recommendations <br />and present them to the Council at the meeting of October 2l~th. <br />Attorney's Trees: Attorney Galvin reported that the Village can do anything <br />Report. necessary to trees on either public or private property to stop <br />the snrad of disease or insects. The work could be paid for out <br />of general funds. <br />Sewer: He has contacted the installer of the sewer at 1372 ~~v. <br />Iowa. <br />Traffic: Ordinance 66 has now been published. <br />Assessment: Notice of the Hearing on the Crawford Avenue Assess- <br />ment has been published. Notices were mailed to the affected <br />owners. A 1~/5 vote will be necessary. <br />Taxi-Cab Ord.: He is drafting one and will submit copy by mail. <br />He will contact E. Carroll regarding moving of garage. <br />Bills: On motion by Mortenson, seconded by Shavor, the following bills <br />were ordered paid: <br /> Dewey A.
