1821 <br />I <br />SPECIAL `~LETING OCTOBER 26, 1962. <br />'~e4eeting was ca~':_led to order at 7:30 ?. ?;~. , the following i,Iembers of the <br />Council being present: I-Darold C. Nilsen, h,Iayor; Willis ~`arkentien, Trustee; <br />and Charles Stone, Trustee. Also present was Brad Lemberg, Village Engineer. <br />Absent: V'T. A. r.~ortenson, Clerk and rJeorge Shavor, Trustee. <br />Trees : Bill i~~orin of the T4orin Tree Service was present. The <br />matter of tree trimming was reviewed and it was maved <br />by Nilsen, seconded by Stone and voted to set aside the <br />motion made at the October 2l~th meeting and set up a pro- <br />gram of work to be done on Simpson Avenue in accordance <br />Vrith Dr. Hard~s recommendations and specifications. <br />Parks and It was moved by Stone, seconded by i~~~arkentien and voted <br />alaygrounds: that the Vi~la~e Engineer be instructed to prex~are plans <br />and sx~ecif`cations for a lb x 20 concrete block warming <br />house shelter at the Idaho-Snelling Playground; and that <br />these plans be presented to the Council at the special meeting <br />set for November 7th, 7:30 P.
