b. Except where the antenna is screened by a structure exceeding the antenna height, <br />landscape buffering and screening shall be maintained on all sides of the antenna in <br />a manner in which growth of the landscape elements will not interfere with the <br />transmit-receive window; and <br />c. The conditional use permit provisions of this chapter are considered and <br />determined to be satisfied. <br />(q) Violations. No. 97-07, § 3, 9-24-1997) <br />Sec. 113-245 - Essential services <br />Essential services as defined herein shall be permitted as authorized and regulated by state <br />law and Code of the city, except as further regulated herein. <br /> <br />(Code 1993, § 9-2.08) <br /> <br />Sec. 113-246 - Land reclamation <br />Land reclamation as defined herein shall be permitted only by conditional use permit in all <br />districts. <br /> <br />(Code 1993, § 9-2.10) <br /> <br />Sec. 113-247 - Mining <br />Mining shall be permitted only by conditional use permit. <br />(Code 1993, § 9-2.11) <br />Sec. 113-248 - Firewood storage <br />(a) Scope. This section applies to the storage of wood on residential properties within the city. <br />The section shall apply to any wood or wood product usually used or intended to be used as <br />firewood. <br />(b) Conditions of storage. To protect the public health and safety, woodpiles must be erected, <br />located, and maintained in a safe and orderly fashion: <br />(1) In neat and secure stacks; <br />(2) The maximum height allowed for the woodpile is six feet; <br />(3) No wood shall be stored within the required minimum area of setback from the street <br />right-of-way; <br />(4) No wood shall be stored in any yard which is commonly considered the front yard. <br />(c) Exemptions. Wood stored or kept in a covered structure impervious to the elements is <br />exempt from the conditions outlined in subsection (b) of this section. <br />(d) Existing woodpiles.
