Only fixed location businesses may sell approved <br />products and medical cannabinoid products. <br /> Provision that exceeds state law <br />(4) That does not comply with the packaging and labeling required under Minn. Stat. §§ <br />342.62 and 342.63 as may be amended from time to time, except that: <br /> Provision that strictly conforms to the state law <br />(a) No lower-potency hemp edible beverage may be sold outside of its original <br />packaging; and, <br />(b) No lower-potency hemp edible product may be sold that does not indicate a single <br />serving by scoring or use of another indicator that appears on the product. If it is <br />not possible to indicate a single serving by scoring or use of another indicator that <br />appears on the product, the lower-potency hemp edible may not be packaged in a <br />manner that includes more than a single serving in each container. <br />(5) By means of delivery sales. All sales of approved products and medical cannabinoid <br />products must be conducted in person, in a registered retail establishment, in over-the- <br />counter sales transactions. <br /> Provisions that exceed state law <br />This does not prohibit sale of medical cannabinoid products by medical cannabis <br />combination businesses by curbside pick-up as allowed in Minn. Stat. § 342.51, subd. 5. <br /> Provision that strictly conforms to the state law <br />Delivery Sales Prohibition <br />State law allows for licensed delivery services to transport and deliver cannabis flower, cannabis <br />products, lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumable products to customers. <br />(Minn.
