MINUTES
NOVEMBER 4, 1987
PAGE 2
.,- Baldwin explained there would be no final decision made at this meeting.,
the purpose of the discussion was to ascertain what options the city has,
and to prepare some mechanism, short of license revocation, to assure
there will be no future infractions. Deputy Larry Janke suggested that in
`view of present and past problems at the establishment, it might be
prudent to require the owner to have a full time security person on the
premises. Following the discussion Wiessner was directed to draft a
~ letter to the owners making it clear what action the city would take if
infractions occur in the future, and, possibly meet with the owners to
discuss the matter. The item will be placed on the November 18th agenda
for further discussion.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
~ ~ ~
Tom Baldwin, Mayor
ATTEST:
Jan R. Wiessner, Clerk Administrator
