:~ <br />1 <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY <br />FEBRUARY 10, <br />PAGE 2 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />1988 <br />Cindy Laszewski, 1713 St. Mary's Street, expressed concern for the safety <br />of her child who waits for the school bus at the end of the driveway. <br />After further discussion, Mayor Baldwin directed Clerk Administrator Wiesner <br />to arrange a meeting with the owners of the Hermes Shopping Center, Ciatti's <br />Italian Restaurant, Bucks Unpainted Furniture and Harvest States to facilitate <br />discussion of the shared parking issue.. Ramsey County Deputies are to be <br />instructed to more carefully enforce the existing parking ordinance. <br />Baldwin also reviewed a letter from Maier Stewart and Associates addressing <br />the issue (copy of which can be obtained in the Off ice of the Clerk <br />Administrator). <br />CABLE COMMISSIONER EGGERT <br />Falcon Heights Representative, Cable Commission Eggert, reviewed three action <br />items from the last Cable Commission meeting (1) fining of Cable TV North <br />Central for non-completion of the I-Net, (2) fining of Cable TV North Central <br />for the poor reception being received by Falcon Heights on the government <br />channel (channel 16), and (3) status of sexually explicit material being <br />shown on the pay-per-view channel (channel 34). <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Baldwin moved adjournment at 8:14 P.M. <br />Tom Baldwin, Mayor <br />[~ <br />ATTEST: <br />J et R.
