~~ <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 14, 1988 <br />r <br />l1 <br />PRESENT <br />Baldwin called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M. <br />Bush, Ciernia, Wallin and Baldwin. Also present were Wiessner <br />and S. Chenoweth. <br />ABSENT <br />P. Chenoweth. <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE ST. MARY'S <br />STREET PARKING PROJECT <br />Council reviewed the following bids for the St. Mary's Street <br />parking project: 1) Bituminous Consulting & Contracting Co., <br />Inc., $11,787.50, 2) Munn Blacktop, Inc., $14,101.50, 3) <br />Bituminous Roadways, Inc., $16,259.25, 4) Valley Paving, Inc., <br />$18,401.25, 5) Ashbach Construction Co., $19,845.00, and 6) <br />Northern Asphalt Co., $31,462.00. Based on the engineer's <br />recommendation in his letter dated June 14, 1988, Ciernia moved <br />adoption of Resolution R-88-12 awarding the bid to the low <br />bidder, Bituminous Consulting & Contracting Co.
