Chenoweth, Ciernia and Wallin. <br />were Gedde, Maurer, Wiessner and. S. Chenoweth. <br />MINUTES OF 10/25/89 APPROVED <br />Also present <br />The Minutes of October 25, 1989 were approved by unanimous <br />consent. <br />ADDITION/DELETION OF AGENDA ITEMS <br />~3 <br />Council approved the following changes in the agendas: (1) <br />.Deletion of Item F-1, Preliminary Development Agreement with <br />Professional Ventures,. Inc. from the Policy Agenda, (2) <br />Addition of Planning Commission Minutes of November 6, 1989, and <br />License #386 for Conklin Tree Farms, to the Consent Agenda, and <br />(3) Transfer of Request for a Permitted Accessory Use Permit at <br />1892 Holton, from the Consent Agenda to the Policy Agenda. <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous <br />consent: <br />1. a. Disbursements through 11/8/89, $62,205.48 <br />b. Payroll 10/16/89 - 10/31/89, $10,399.44 <br />2. Cancellation of Check #22856 issued to Business Records <br />Corporation on 10/26/89 in Amount of $869.87 (Incorrect <br />Amount ) <br />3. Amendment to Section 5-14.04 of the Code Relating to <br />Zoning Application and Recording Fees (Ordinance <br />0-89-15) <br />4. Request for a Permitted Accessory Use Permit to <br />Construct a Utility Building, Falcon Heights Elementary <br />School, 1393 Garden <br />5. Request for a Permitted Accessory Use Permit to <br />Construct a Utility Building, William Brown,. 1808 <br />Asbury <br />6. WITHDRAWN FROM AGENDA. <br />The proposed develoFxnent agreement with PVI for possible <br />redevelopment of the southeast corner of Larpenteur and Snelling <br />was withdrawn at the petitioner's request. <br />
