That the notice of said election be in substantially the following form; VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA ` NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION April 26, 1949 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That a special election will be held in and for the Village of Falcon Heights, Minne sofa, on the 26th day of April, 1949, at the L & L Appliance Co., 1534 ~, Larpenteur Avenue, in said Village; that ..the polls will be open between the hours of four o~clock P.M. and eight otcloek F.M.; that at said election there will be submitted to the electors of said Village to be by them voted upon at said election, the following questions: 1. Shall the Village of Falcon Heights, Minne- sota, issue and sell its negotiable coupon. bonds in the amount of 40,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the purpose of constructing a combination village hall and fire hall, such bonds to mature serially and to be in such denominations as the Council may determine, and to bear interest at the lowest rate at which the bonds can be sold, not exceeding six per a®nt per annum? 2. Shall the Village of Falcon Heights, Minne- so~a, issue and sell its negotiable coupon bonds in the amount of X5,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the purpose of purchasing fire equipment, said bonds to mature serially and to be in such denominations as the Council may determine, and to bear interest at the lowest rate at which the bonds can be sold, not exceeding six per cent per annum?
