~`2 <br />Resolution accepting <br />bid of St. Paul Elec. <br />Upon motion by Rysgaard, seconded by I,indig, the following reso- <br />lution was e.~onted_ <br />~`° ;~ <br />Re; Village of Falcon Heights <br />Resolution Accepting B3.d of St. Paul Electric <br />Company for E7:ectr3.c.a1 Work in Village <br />Hall-Fire Station <br />Passed July 5, -1949 <br />RESOLVED, By the Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights as followsz <br />1. That the bid of St. Paul Electric Company to <br />furnish supplies, labor and materials for the electrical <br />work in connection with the. Vi7~~,age Tull-Fire Station. for <br />the Villag®~ of Falcon Heights for the sum of X2,'785.00, be, <br />and the same is hereby, accepted, said St. Paul Electric ~° <br />Company being the lowest responsible bidder. <br />2. That payment shall be made as followsa <br />~, sum equal to eighty-fi4Q (8S~) percent <br />of the value based on contract costs for <br />the materials, services and labor ir~corpor- <br />ateci in the building and stored on the site <br />before the end: of August, 1949, to be paid <br />cn, or before SeptembeF 10;, 194'9 with similar <br />monthly payments thereafter all t© be made <br />on the cert3.f Bates of the architects,,.. the <br />final payment to be made on architects <br />certificate of satisfactory completion., <br />3.
