Lindig seconded <br />and motion carried unanimously. <br />Designate legal On recommendation of our attorney, Lindig moved adoption of the <br />newspaper. following resolution - <br />RESOLVED, that The White Bear Press, a legal newspaper <br />of general circulation in the Village of Falcon Heights, be <br />designated as the official newspaper of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights, in which shall be published such ordinances and other <br />matters as are required by law to be so published, and such <br />other matters as tre council may deem it advisable and in the <br />public interest to have published in this manner. <br />Seconded by Shavor and resolutiar~ adopted by unanimous vote. <br />Shelving, lockers Harry Anderson, in reporting on progress towards completion of <br />and work bench the Village Hall ar,d Fire Station, requested permission to se- <br />needed in Fire cure lumber for shelving in storeroom, for lockers and for a <br />Station. work bench.
