Consideration was given to parking and policing problems <br />in this connection, also to having a committee study and <br />act on a youth activities program. <br />Local Planning Shavor read a letter regarding establishment of a Local <br />Commission Planning Commission. Minutes of Regular Meeting, April 11, and <br />of special meeting, April 17, were approved as read. <br />Communications: Letter of April 21 from Lewis L. Anders,,,i, Attorney, suggesting <br />that the Village purchase certain lots in Barthol Villas for <br />drainage purposes from his client, Mrs. Mary Barthol. The <br />letter was ordered planed on file. <br />Privately owned William Torgerson, Village Assessor, reported on the statue <br />real estate in of privately owned real estate in the State Fair grounds. <br />State Fair Grounds. Said he was informed by the County Assessor's office that <br />this in the past had been considered as personal property <br />and would be taxed on that basis..
