Membrez stating that the <br />• i posts could be had when snow fence is taken down next spring in <br />Roseville. The clerk was directed to write Roseville that this <br />arrangement is satisfactory. <br />Extra Fire The clerk also reported phone call from Btiayor Bronkala that <br />equipment, Lauderdale's council were in agreement as to Lauderdale paying <br />Lauderdale for extra fire equipment called for when necessary in connection <br />with fires in their area. <br />Suburban Shavor reported on attendance and action taken at a recent meeting <br />Planning of the Rural Ramsey Civic Federation to request the County to <br />by County provide an integrated plan for suburban planning. <br />Civilian Rekstad reported on the Civilian Defense meeting and movies held <br />Defense recently at the Lauderdale school, also on the present status <br />of the Falcon Heights Civilian Defense organization. <br />Cabinets After discussion, Henry moved that Shavor and Stewart be appointed <br />and Shelves as a committee to lay out a plan and to secure materials for cabinet <br />*for Villa ge and shelving, including a strong box, to be installed in the Village <br />records. Seconded by Rekstad and carried unanimously. <br />Ceiling After discussion, Henry moved that Rekstadt be appointed as a <br />estimate. committee of one to determine cost of proposed ceiling job in <br />the Village Hall and to bring in a recommendation. Seconded by <br />Stewart and carried unanimously. <br />1950 Census Letter of January 16, 1951, from Bureau of Census, ~+ashington, D.C., <br />advising that the. preliminary 1950 population of Falcon Heights <br />is 3,861. <br />
