<br />Prom University. agreement on appointment of an appraisal firm satisfactory to
<br />both parties.

<br />Deluge Arrival of the deluge nozzle and spanner wrenches fvom Halprin
<br />noszle Supply Company, of Los Angeles, was reported by the clerk, the
<br />nozzle being sent with the understanding that it could be returned
<br />to Halprin Supply Company for credit if our Fire Department finds
<br />it unsatisfactory.
<br />Police John Rysgsard, 1744 N. Pascal; Kenneth P. Hanson, 1483 ~1. California;
<br />Protection i~.L. Nofsker, 1729 N. Snelling, and Joseph Rechtiene, 1498 W. Iowa,
<br />requested. appeared bef ore the council and requested inf ormation as to what
<br />was being done to provide additional police protection. Public
<br />Safety Committee Chairman., Don Arndt, informed them as to the
<br />sheriff's request for additional deputies, ami how this, if granted,
<br />would. benefit our Village. It was also pointed out that arc lights
<br />have been ordered for dark areas in the Village.
