Stewart, Clerk <br />Absent: Arthur ®. Lindig, Trustee <br />Ralph Pan Hoven, Treasurer <br />Frank N. Graham, Attorney <br />Meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M. for the purpose of discussing <br />the propQS~d municipal liquor store legislation, Mr. Lynn Matteson and Mr. <br />William Torgerson, of Falcon Heights legislative committee, being present. <br />Resolution After di scussion, the~~following resolution was moved by <br />re Municipal Shavor, seconded by Rekstad, and adopted by a unanimous <br />Liquor store. vote: <br />Be it RESOLVED by the Village Council, Pillage of Faloon <br />Heights, of the County oP Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br />that no municipal liquor store be established in the <br />Village of Falcon Heig~s until this question is submitted <br />to the voters aP said Village at a regular or aped al <br />election called for this purpose; and be it ftirther <br />RESOLVED that a municipal liquor store may be established <br />only iP approved by a 60 per cent vote oP those voting <br />at said regular or sp ecial ele ction. <br />[1 <br />Ad3ournmerit: On motion, the meeting was then adjourned at 6:10 P.M. <br />Approved: <br />ayo r <br />
