~,__ , _ - <br />RESOLUTION AtTTHORIZING DEDICATION OF VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, certain alleys in Northom® 2nd Addition, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, were duly vacated by resolution of this <br />council on June 26, 1951; and <br />SKHEREAS, as a result of said dedication Iowa Avenue became <br />a dead end street and it was then understood that the Village of <br />Falcon Heights would dedicate a portion of Lot One (1), Block <br />Ten (10) I~orthome 2nd Addition, which it owned, to be used for <br />turnaround purposes as recommended by the Ramsey County Surveyorts <br />Office; and <br />WHEREAS, it is desired to improve this portion of Iowa <br />Avenue in the near future; and <br />VYHEREAS, it appears that it is for the best interests of <br />the public that the Village dedicate the f ollowing described <br />property to the public for. highway purposes; <br />NO1~1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, as follows: <br />1. That the f ollowing described property now owned by the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, Ramsey Cotanty, Minnesota, be and it <br />hereby is dedicated to the public for highway purposes: <br />The East thirty (30) feet of the South Thin ty <br />(30) feet of Lot One (1), Block Ten (10), <br />I~orthome 2nd Addition in and for said county <br />of Ramsey. <br />2. That the Mayor and Clerk be, and they h®reby are, author- <br />izeel and directed to sign, seal, deliver, file and record all <br />necessary instruments to effect the aforesaid dedication. <br />
