<br />Firemen's Request for use of the Pillage Hall by the Firemen for a Christmas
<br />Christmas party the evening oP December 15, 1951, was presented. On motion by
<br />party Stewart, seconded by Henry, it was voted to approve the request.
<br />Minnesota In connection with the Minnesota Fire Chiefs Semi-Annual Meeting,
<br />Fire Chiefs to be held in Minneapolis, December 10, 1951, request was made to
<br />Semi Annual a3~thorise the Falcon Heights Fire Chief's expenses at ire meeting,
<br />meeting including lunch and mileage. On motion by Hen ry, seconded by
<br />Lindig, the request was approved.

<br />Meeting called to order at 7:45 P.M.
<br />Rees Post In connection with branch post office proposal of Douglas Rees,
<br />Office request for 6-foot setback, together with proposed petition and
<br />proposal hearing, was discussed. Douglas Rees, Don Juleen and Nick Heber
<br />were present, as were Planning Commission members, Lorris tiilliams,
<br />C. K.Otis and Dwight Reichow. Matters pertaining to opening of
<br />alley behind Lots 3, 4 and 5, Kelle is Re-arrangement, Blk 10;
<br />the dry cleaners, parking, drainage and the root beer stand were
<br />also dis cussed.
<br />December 11 Regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 11, 1951, was post-
<br />meeting post poned until Wednesday, December 12, 1951, comtaenging at 7:30 P.M,
