2~ <br />Nicholas G. proprietor of 1~leber's restaurant, said he was in favor of <br />Weber locating the proposed building in line with his restaurant. <br />C. K. Otis, Secretary, Falcon Heights Planning Commission, was asked to <br />Penning ~ report on his committee's recommendation. Otis said the <br />Commission committee considers Webers a blind and dangerous co rner. IP <br /> we allowed new buildings to come out to the Weber's line, he <br /> said, that would set a permanent building line for future <br /> buildings in the block from Crawford to Larpenteur. Mr. Otis <br /> said the recommendation of the Planning Commission was to abide <br /> by the Village coning code. Otis also said we have no assurance <br /> that the parking area 3ust west of the National Tea will always <br /> be a parking area. <br />G. I. Lodahl, <br />1775 N. Pascal said if there was an accident hazard at the corner that he <br /> didn't think it would be affected by thw proposed setback. <br />Hearing closed. Graham, Attorney <br />Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose of <br />considering further the Rees' petition for establishment of a building line <br />within the block from Crawford Street to Larpenteur Avenue on the east side <br />of Snelling Avenue. <br />David Locks, Community Planning consultant, was present <br />at request of the Council to provide technical assistance. He conferred with <br />the Council and examined all of the maps and plats pertaining to the area, and <br />then viewed the site. <br />
