Graham, Attorney <br />Absent: Clarence Rekstad, Trustee <br />Meeting called to order at 7:40 P.M. and minutes of regular meeting, <br />March 26, 1952, and of postponed meeting, April 9, 1952, were heard and appro ved <br />as read. <br />Village In accordance with the informal action taken by the council on <br />police March 8, 1952, following adjournment of their special meeting of that <br />appts. date, Lindig moved that the appointments of Earl Smith and James Waller <br />as special police officers for policing roads fora period to be de- <br />termined by the council, be and hereby are approved, and that they be <br />paid ~~1.50 an hour, plus 7~ per mile for use of their cars.
