Graham, Attorney <br />Meeting called to order at 11:15 P.M., following a point <br />meeting of School Board and Yillage and Town oflienra. <br />Auto In connection with proposals for insurance on the 1947 <br />liability Ward La Francs pumper, consideration was given to a <br />insurance proposal for comprehensive automobile liability insurance - <br />a policy providing automobile liability and property <br />damage coverage for owned, hired or non-owned automobiles <br />or trucks. After discussion, Rekstad moved that the clerk <br />be authorised to secure said co¢nprehensive automobile <br />liability insurance from the Wm. H. Hite Agency, represent- <br />ing the Indemnity Insurance Company of North America. <br />Seconded by Shavor and carried unanimously. <br />Voting Letter from Attorney Graham, quoting Election law Sec. 205.33 <br />Booths with referent a to required measurements of voting booths. <br />A rough drawing was then prepared covering the sire and <br />type of bad:h desired. This was referred to Trustee Rekstad <br />for an estimate on labor and materials for constructing <br />same. <br />Sod and After discussion, Henry moved purchase of needed sod <br />grading, and grading for the north 137 feet of the east aide of <br />north 13? ft.
