<br />Recess Regular meeting was ordered recessed at 8:30 P.M.
<br />Hearing on proposed
<br />Assessments fo r The Mayor declared open the hearing on the proposed assessment
<br />Larpenteur Avenue list of the Larpenteur avenue curbing project. The clerk
<br />Curbing Imp rovements reported that the assessment list, which he had prepared in
<br /> connection with the County Engineer, had been on file at his
<br /> home from August 26, 1952 to the present time. .The proposed
<br /> assessment list was read to the council, the total cost of
<br /> the project being $2,171.61. The Mayor then called for any
<br />, objections to the proposed assessment. There being none,
<br /> the council then discussed the period over which the assessments
<br /> were to run and tF",e rate of interest deferred payments should
<br /> bear. On motion by Rekstad, seconded by Stewart, it was
<br /> voted unanimously to adopt the following resolution:
