~~f <br />Standby Letter of January 30, 1953, from Attorney Graham relative to <br />Fire standby fire contracts was read. Henry then moved that standby <br />Contracts fire contracts with the Village of Roseville and the Village <br />of Lauderdale be referred to the Fire Department committee <br />for their recommendation. Lindig seconded and motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Bill authorizing Attorney Graham's latter was read in this connection. Shavor <br />Counties to do then moved that theCounoil go on reoord as favoring passage <br />road work of the bill and that the matter be referred to our Legislative <br />committee for proper action. Seconded by Henry and carried <br />unanimously. <br />Blanket Trustee Lodahl reported on his examination of the proposed <br />Municipal blanket municipal liability policy prepared by the Indemnity <br />Liability Insurance Company of North America. After discussion, Shavor <br />Insurance moved that Blanket Liability policy No. 9 LB 15001, of the <br />Indemnity Insurance Company of North America, be accepted and <br />that the Mutual Service Casualty Insurance Company be informed <br />. that their policy No. CL 3-913928 is cancelled. Seconded by <br />Lindig and so ordered. <br />Load limits Letter of February 2, 1953, from Harry 5. Bronson, County <br />Engineer, relating to seasonal load restri coons imposed on <br />state, county and village streets was read. Lindig moved <br />that the Street Commissioner be authorized to have theCounty <br />post three-ton load limit signs on Village streets at the same <br />time as such posting is done on County roads.
