Seconded by Lodahl and the following vote taken and <br />recorded: <br />Ayes: Henry, Shavor, Lindig, Lodahl, Stewart <br />Nays: None <br />The Mayor then declared Ordinance No. 21 duly adopted by a un- <br />. animou s vote and directed publication of same. <br />Apportionment- Treasurer Yan Hoven reported receipt of liquor tax apportionment <br />liquor-cigarette for the period July thru December 1952, amounting to $2,097.36; <br />taxes also receipt of the ci garotte tax apportfonmerit for the same <br />period in the amount of $2,019.68. The liquor tax apportionment <br />is made on the basis oP 54~ per capita and the cigarette tax at <br />52d per capita, h® said. <br />Publish The Clerk submitted Dopy of the Village financial statement for <br />Financial. the year ended December 31, 1952. Shavor moved that said statement <br />statement be published in The Rose Tribune.
