After discussion, Lodahl <br />adopted - moved adoption of Ordinance No. 25, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING t4HDINANCE <br />N0. 3, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A BUILDING <br />CODE FOR THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS. Seconded by Lindig and <br />the following vote taken and recorded: <br />Ayes: Henry, Shavor, Lindig, Lodahl, Stewart <br />Nays: None <br />Ordinance No. 25 was then declared duly adopted by a unanimous <br />vote and publication of same was ordered. <br />F.D. Requisition #13 On motion by Shavor, seconded by Stewart, it was voted to <br />approve Requisition No. 13, covering supplies needed by the <br />Fire Department. <br />Pedestrian Cross- The council and Street Commissioner Seaborn discussed matters <br />walk pertaining to functioning of the pedestrian cross-walk in the <br />Larpenteur-Snelling business area with the view to making <br />improvements. <br />Ad3ournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 11:30 F.
