R. <br />permit ~'~'esenberg, 1168 Edmund Avenue, St Paul., discussed with the <br />council their proposal to build two houses, one on Lot 2 <br />and another house on Lot 3 and the west 27 ft. of Lot It, <br />Block 10, Northome Second Addition. After further discussion, <br />it was agreed that if and when application for these building <br />permits is filed, that the building inspector should. refer <br />the applications to the council for their approval. <br />.Barthel Roy Beliveau, contractor, 1221 Alamdda, St Paul, inquired as <br />Villas to building restrictions on lots in Barthel Villas and was <br />informed regarding drainage problems in the area. <br />Hamline ~ Street Commissioner Seaborn reported on a recent auto accidarht <br />Hoyt traffic on the St Paul side of Hamline and Hoyt, and that it has been <br />problem proposed subject to approval of the City of St Paul, that two <br />additional stop signs be installed at this intersection so as <br />to make it a four wa Ito In ~COnnection with having a traffic <br />check made if t ~_w S ~ ;~eaborn was requested to discuss <br />the matter with Public Safety Commissioner Arndt. <br />Salaries, Henry Dachtera, representing the volunteer firemen, appeared <br />Fire Dept. before the council in connection with proposed salary adjust- <br />ments for the paid firemen.
