;z .. <br />F~ <br />Trustee Matter of filling the vacancy in the office of Trustee <br />Vacancy because of Councilman Lodahl~s resignation was considered. <br />filled Copy of .Attorney Grahams letter was read, stating that M.SA•prov~i(es <br />such vacancy be filled as follows: <br />'~~ ~ # Vacancies in office shall be filled <br />for the remainder of the term by the council; in <br />ease of a tie, the mayor shall fill the vacancy <br />by appointment for the unexpired term. ~ ~ ~" <br />Nominations were called for and Trustee Shavor nominated <br />Andrew Hustrulid. There being no further nominations, a <br />roll call vote was requested and recorded as follows: <br />Ayes - Lindig_, Shavor, Stewart, Henry <br />Nays - None <br />The P~ayor then declared Andrew Hustrulid duly appointed <br />to the office of Trustee for the unexpired term which <br />runs to January 1956. <br />Election On motion by Lindig, seconded by Shavor, it was voted to <br />Judges appoint the following Judges to serve at the Annual Village <br />Election, December 8, 1553: <br />For Election District #1 - <br />Janet B.
