M., roll call recording all council <br />as follows: Robert E. Stenzinger, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; <br />Trustee; David P. Cartwright, Trustee; Clyde J. Stewart, Clerk. Als <br />William E. Olsen, Treasurer, and Frank N. Graham, Attorney. <br />Minutes of September 8, 1954 meeting were heard and approved as read. <br />members present <br />Andrew Hustrulid, <br />o present, <br />Requisition covering gas burner application forms, paint for ballot boxes, <br />No. 40 phone jacks for Mi 5050, and miscellaneous items for Clerk's <br />office, was considered. Approval was. voted on motion by <br />Cartwright, seconded by Hustrulid. <br />Weber request Letter of September 20 from Nick G. Weber, requesting permission <br />remove dead to remove dead trees and shrubs from in back of his property at <br />trees 1708 N. Snelling, was read. Our attorney advised that no permit <br />was needed, and the Clerk was asked to so inform Mr. Weber. <br />Traffic Fire Chief's letter of September 21 regarding possible traffic <br />signal- hazard from a fire department standpoint caused by newly installed <br />Farmers traffic signals on Larpentuer just east of the fire station, After <br />Union discussion, Stewart moved that the Fire Chief's letter be referred. <br />to our Public Safety committee. Hustrulid seconded and motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />t.4. G. I. <br />license #!t2 On motion of Hustrulid, seconded by Cartwright, issuance of <br />said license to the Ace Heating Company, Inc., of St Paul, <br />for period Sept. 1, 1954 thru June 30, 1955, was approved. <br />Klatt's Letter from School Superintendent Emmett Williams with copy of <br />.Addition - a resolution adopted by the Board of Education, Independent School <br />School District No. 3, at its last meeting, authorizing Mr. Klatt to <br />Board construct Ruggles street as per Village requirements, with the <br />action understands that the hoard of F~ucat~on a reel ~o reim~ur ~dMr. <br />Klatt for t construction over a se ool roper y. ~Tus ru~i mov~d <br />that the letter be referred to our attorney for checking an repor . <br />Cartwright seconded and motion carried unanimously. <br />1 <br /> <br />
