The Commission <br />stated they had no recommendation as to any particular firm. <br />To appoint Hustrulid then moved that the Village have its own sanitary <br />own engineering engineering firm. Seconded by Shavor, and after full discussion, <br />firm the following vote was taken and recorded: <br />Nays - Stenzinger <br />Cartwright <br />Ayes - Hustrulid <br />Shavor <br />Stewart <br />The motion was then declared passed by a three-fifths vote. unfmi,the~ <br />Meeting extended - Being 11 P.M.y_it was voted to_exte_nd the meeting to complete business. <br />Toltz, King ~ After discussion, Hustrulid moved that Toltz, King and Day, Inc., <br />Day,-Inc., of St Paul, be engaged as the engineering firm for the Village <br />enga~ed~~als of Falcon Heights to prepare the necessary preliminary survey <br />engineers for sanitary sewer, subject to negotiation of a satisfactory <br />contract. Seconded by Stewart and motion carried unanimously. <br /> Proposal <br /> contract <br /> requested <br />Adjournment: <br />Cartwright moved that the Clerk request that Toltz, King and <br />Day, Inc., submit a proposal and contract covering the preliminary <br />survey for a sanitary sewer system for the Village, and that <br />the other interested engineering firms be notified.
