Graha~;.sA.ttorney.;~ <br />Minutes of Public Hearing on Associated Investors, Inc. rezoning request, May 26, <br />1955, were heard and approved as read, also minutes of regular meeting, same date, <br />were heard and approved as read. <br />F.D. Regn.#55 was ordered approved on motion by Cartwright, seconded by <br />Hustrulid. <br />Reqn. #56, Cartwright moved"approval, seconded by Hustrulid, and so <br />Clerks ordered. <br />Fireman Fire Chief Swanson's letter of June 5, 1955, was read, <br />Schultz' certifying that S.P. Schultz, full-time fireman, had passed <br />salary the necessary requirements under Sec. 7, Ordinance No. 31. <br />increased After discussion, Cartwright moved that beginning with the <br />last half of June, 1955, that salary of Fireman Stanley P. <br />Schultz be increased to X285.00 per month as provided in <br />Sec. 7 of Ordinance No. 31. Seconded by Hustrulid and <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />House trailer Letter of May 31, 1955 from J. K. Scott, 175l~ Arona, regard- <br />parking permit ing his lb-foot house trailer and request to park it on his <br />property at 1751 Arona, was read. and discussed. Cartwright <br />moved that the Clerk be instructed to reply to Mr. Scott's <br />letter, quoting Sec. 3, paragraph 5-27 of our building code <br />ordinance, stating that the council is granting him permission <br />to park his trailer as requested until further notice, with the <br />understanding that the trailer cannot be used for residence <br />purposes while so parked. Seconded by Shavor and the following <br />vote taken and recorded: <br />
