It was also stated, Grnmke said, that <br />we should answer no calls in Lauderdale unless we were sere they <br />had a fire. Stewart seconded and motion carried unanimously. <br />Gurfew Sample curfew ordinances, including Roseville'a, were studied. <br />ordinance Trustee Cartwright and Attorney Graham were asked to prepare <br />proposed a proposed curfew ordinance based on revisions which were <br />agreed to. <br />Property behiad~ Mayor Utecht reported on contacting Mr. Stepnit$ and informing <br />business block him that he was extremely disappointed in the handling oP the <br />along Arona parking area on Arona behind the business block -that only , <br />portions beneficial to the owners were taken care of. Said <br />Stepnit$ informed him moat now check everything with Mr. Cohen, <br />but Pelt action on other requirements would be taken this xeek. <br />Curbs or posts, Building Inspector Christensen reported that care were being <br />on Larpenteur parked on the sidewalk on the Larpenteur side of the aen- <br />shopping center shopping center, and that plans called for installation of <br />curbs or posts. After discussion, Utecht mw ed that the <br />Cleric be instructed to write the owners of the property, requir- <br />ing them to install concrete curbs or posts on the property line <br />on Larpenteur avenue, also on Snelling Drive, from the Cities <br />Service Station south to the alley, and from the driveway south <br />to the alley behind the store.
