Cleveland Avenue from approximately 1300 feet North of Larpenteur to Larpenteur; and, WHEREAS, l0 days published notice of the hear- ing through 2 weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 5th day of December, 1956, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS: 1. The sanitary sewer system improvement for the Village of Falcon Heights is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted November 7, 1956 except that the following portions of the improvement shall be omitted: 1. Arona Avenue from Crawford to Larpenteur. 2. Snelling Avenue, west side, from Garden to Roselawn. 3. Cleveland Avenue from approximately 1300 feet north of Larpenteur to Larpenteur. ~+. Larpenteur Avenue from approximately 1000 feet west of Cleveland to approximately 730 feet east of Cleveland. 2. The proposed sanitary sewer system improve- ment for the Village of Falcon Heights, as amended in paragraph "1" hereof shall be hereafter designated as "Sanitary Sewer System Improvement No. 1." 3. Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as engineers for this improvement. They shall proceed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of Sanitary Sewer System Improvement No. 1. The foregoing resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the four council members present.
