Cleveland Avenue from approximately 1300 feet <br />North of Larpenteur to Larpenteur; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, l0 days published notice of the hear- <br />ing through 2 weekly publications of the required <br />notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on <br />the 5th day of December, 1956, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br />heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS: <br />1. The sanitary sewer system improvement for <br />the Village of Falcon Heights is hereby <br />ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted <br />November 7, 1956 except that the following portions <br />of the improvement shall be omitted: <br />1. Arona Avenue from Crawford to Larpenteur. <br />2. Snelling Avenue, west side, from Garden to <br />Roselawn. <br />3. Cleveland Avenue from approximately 1300 <br />feet north of Larpenteur to Larpenteur. <br />~+. Larpenteur Avenue from approximately 1000 <br />feet west of Cleveland to approximately <br />730 feet east of Cleveland. <br />2. The proposed sanitary sewer system improve- <br />ment for the Village of Falcon Heights, as <br /> <br />amended in paragraph "1" hereof shall be hereafter <br />designated as "Sanitary Sewer System Improvement No. 1." <br />3. Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson & Associates, <br />Inc. are hereby designated as engineers for <br />this improvement. They shall proceed to prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of Sanitary Sewer <br />System Improvement No. 1. <br />The foregoing resolution was adopted by unanimous <br />vote of the four council members present. <br />
