<br />3. Bonds maturing from 1969 to 1978 shall be callable on any
<br />interest payment date commencing January 1, 1968 at the ~~tion
<br />of the Village in inverse order of serial numbers at par.;: and
<br />accrued interest with a pre:airan of $15.00 per bond called on or
<br />before July 1, 1972.
<br />1~. The improvement bonds shall be payable at any suitable banking
<br />institution or trust company designated by the purchaser and
<br />the reasonable charges of the paying agent shall be paid by the
<br />agent out of the improvement fund.
<br />5. The bonds shall be prepared under the direction of the Villag e
<br />Clerk and the Village Attorney and shall be executed on behalf
<br />of the Village by the Mayor and Village Clerk and the corporate
<br />seal of the Village shall be affixed thereto and the interest
<br />coupons shall be executed and authenticated by the printed,
<br />engraved or lithographed facsimile signatures of said officers.
<br />6. A speciall meeting of this Council is hereby set for 7:30 P.M.,
<br />daylight saving time on Tuesday, June 25, 1957, at the Village
<br />Hall, 16ltlt W. Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, at
<br />which sealed bids for the purchase of said bonds will be received
<br />and considered by the Council.
<br />7. The Village Clerk is hereby instructed to advertise for bids for
<br />the purchase of such bonds. The advertisement shall be in
<br />substantially the follcAring form and shall be pu$lished twice in
<br />the Commercial West on June 8th and 15th, 1957, and. twice in the
<br />Rose Tribune on June 6th and 13th, 1957.

<br />"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of
<br />Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall in said
<br />Village, 16ltlt W. Larpenteur Avenue, at 7:30 P.M., daylight saving time, on Tuesday
<br />the 25th day of June, 1957, to receive, open and consider sealed bids for, and award
<br />the sale of, $900,000 Sanitary Sewer System Improvement No. 1 negotiable, coupon,
<br />general obligation bonds of the Village of Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
<br />to finance expenses incurred and to be incurred in the construction of a sanitary
<br />sewer system for the Village, under Chapter 129 of the Minnesota Statutes, such
<br />construction having heretofore been designated Sanitary Sewer System Improvement No. 1.
<br />Said bonds will be dated July 1, 1957, each in the denomination of X1,000 bearing
<br />interest at the rate or rates to be designated by the successful bidder expressed
<br />in integral multiples of 1/11th or 1/10th of l~ per annum, payable July 1, 1958 and
<br />semi-annually thereafter on January 1 and July 1 of each year, and will mature
<br />serially, ~lt5,000 on January 1, 1959 and ~6~.5,000 on each January 1 thereafter to
<br />and including January 1, 1978,
