' <br />y___ <br />This bond is one of an issue in the total principal amount <br />of $900,000, all of like date and tenor except as to serial number, <br />maturity, interest rate and redemption privilege, issued by said Village ` <br />for the purpose of defraying expenses incurred and to be incurred in the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer system for the Village which improve - <br />ment has heretofore been designated as Sanitary Sewer System Improvement <br />No. 1 and is issued pursuant to and in full conf ortnity with the resolu- <br />tion duly adopted by the Village Council after hearing as required by <br />law and pursuant to and in full corfnrmity v~ith the laws of the State <br />of Minnesota thereunto enabling them. This bond is payable primarily <br />from the fund of Sanitary Sewer System Improvement No. 1, but the Council <br />is required to pay the principal and interest thereof out of any funds <br />in the treasury in the event that the monies on hand in said fund are <br />at any time insufficient to meet the payment of maturing principal and <br />interest. <br />IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED, RECITED, COVENANTED AND AGREED That <br />all acts, conditi©ns and things required by the Constitution and laws <br />of the State of Minnesota to be donE, to exist, to happen and to be <br />perf ormed preliminary to and in the issuance of this bond in order to <br />make it a valid and binding general obligation of said Village according <br />to its terms have been done, do exist, have happened and have been <br />performed as so required; that the Village has duly determined the <br />necessity and contracted for the construction of said improvment; <br />that Sanitary Sewer System Improvement No. 1 Fund has been duly created <br />`and provision made for the support thereof by ad valorem taxes hereto- <br />fore levied and special assessments to be levied for the years and in <br />...,aggregate amounts not less than five per cent in excess of sums <br />!sufficient to pay the interest thereon and the principal hereof as <br />:they respectively become due, and additional taxes, if needed for said <br />'purpose, may be levied upon all taxable property in the Village, with- <br />out limitation as to rate or s.mount; and that the issuancE of this <br />bond did not cause the indebtedness of said Village to exceed any <br />constitutional or statutory limitation. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Village of Falcon Heights, Ramsey <br />.County, Minnesota, by its Village Council, has caused this bond to <br />be executed in its behalf by the signature of its Mayor, attested by <br />!the Village Clerk, and sealed with its official seal, and the interest <br />'coupons appurtenant hereto to be executed and authenticated by the <br />~faesimile signatures of said officers, and has caused this bond to be <br />dated as of July 1, 1957. <br />Attest: <br />Village Cler Mayor <br />~~i <br />~* . <br />b <br />~~ _..... -www~"' <br />~ ~ ~ -~. <br />.~~~y,,,_, 7 r <br />°: ,$~ <br />
