Sender's names <br />and addresses will be required. Input will be accepted from now unti14:30 PM, <br />December 17, 2004. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />Mayor Gehrz said that on Saturday, October 2, the City participated in a major drill in the City <br />that permitted the CERT graduates to work together with police, fire, the Ramsey County <br />Emergency Management and Homeland Security Department, and "victim volunteers" from area <br />training programs for paramedics, fire and law enforcement. Approximately 80 people <br />participated and everyone learned a lot. The City will be doing future exercises. The senior <br />building at the SE Corner development is now open. There will be an open house on Tuesday, <br />October 26, from 4-6 PM. Drop by and take a look at the building. On Sunday, October 17, the <br />University will be holding an annual tour of the St. Paul campus from 10:30 AM to 5 PM. <br />People will have an opportunity to learn about food, weather, biotech, etc. Brunch will be <br />offered for fifty cents. It's a fantastic event and she encouraged everyone to attend. <br />Administrator Worthington said that in 2005, the Metropolitan Council will be increasing its <br />Service Availability Charge (SAC) to $1,450.
