• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.04-26 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF REAR YARD SETBACK VARIANCE REQUEST <br />WHEREAS, on November 23, 2004 the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding <br />Roger Miller's request for a variance from Section 9-4.01, Subd. 4 of the Falcon Heights Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, Based on the attached Findings of Fact and Recommendation, the City Council <br />hereby approves Roger Miller's request for a variance from Section 9-4.01, Subd.4 of the Falcon Heights <br />Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a 14' by 16' (224 square foot) sunroom addition encroaching <br />nine (9) feet into the required rear yard setback. <br />ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2004, by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota. <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />BY: ATTEST: <br />Mayor By: <br />Its: <br />C7 <br />48 <br />
