• SECTION III <br />FALCON HEIGHTS ELEMENTRY SCHOOL SKATING RINKS <br />3.1 Ice rinks. The City shall construct, maintain and operate two ice rinks on the playing fields located <br />on the property described on the attached Exhibit "A." (hereby known as Amenity #4) as shown in Exhibit "C" <br />attached hereto. The City shall be responsible for constructing and promptly performing necessary maintenance, <br />repair and replacement on the rinks and the surrounding area. One rink shall include hockey boards. The City shall <br />remove the boards each year after the conclusion of the skating season. <br />3.2 Use of Rinks. The skating rinks shall be open to the public subject to rules and regulations adopted <br />by the City. <br />3.3 Liability. The City is responsible for any claims arising from the construction, maintenance and <br />• operation of the skating rinks and any liability for claims arising there from shall be governed by Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 466. <br />r: <br />~8 <br />
