The public hearing was closed by Chairperson Boche. <br />Discussion followed. A motion was made and unanimously passed to <br />accept section 9-2.04(2)(c) which reads: <br />"Area: Detached accessory buildings shall not occupy more <br />that 40 percent of the area of a required rear yard; and shall <br />not exceed a total of 1,000 sq. ft." <br />I CE- -CREAM SOCIAL <br />Chairperson Boche thanked commissioners for volunteering to serve <br />at the ice cream social Thursday, July 26, 1990. <br />BL3LirS-EYE {J~DATE <br />Planner Hoyt reported that Bullseye Shopping Center is going <br />through foreclosure proceedings.
