• MINUTES <br />REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />July 25, 1994 <br />7 p.m. <br />PRESENT ABSENT ALSO PRESENT <br />Tom Brace Kay Andrews Susan Hoyt, Administrator <br />Lee Barry Lisa Lampi Carla Asleson, Planner <br />Wendy Treadwell <br />Paul Kuettel <br />Ken Salzberg <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:01 by chairperson Barry. <br />Minutes of the April 25 and May 23, 1994 were approved as <br />written. <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING CODE CHANGES RELATED TO <br />DETACHED GARAGES. <br />Hoyt reported on possible code changes regarding the height and <br />setback of detached garages in Chapter 9, §2.04 Subd.i.(c)(d); <br />§8.01 Subd.6; §9.01 Subd.6; §10.01, Subd. 6. <br />Chairperson Barry opened the public hearing at 7:40.
