CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04- <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF LOT COVERAGE VARIANCE REQUEST <br />• <br />• <br />WHEREAS, on August 24, 2004 the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding Steven Genz's request for a variance from Section 9-2.05, Subd. 2d of the Falcon <br />Heights Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, Based on the attached.
