The first workshop <br />dealt with the 2005 Goals. The second workshop covered the 5-Year CIP (Capital Improvement <br />Project) Budget, and the final workshop centered on the city's General Fund, Enterprise Funds, <br />Special Revenue, and Debt Service Budgets. <br />Staff is presenting the 2005 Goals and Budget in draft form tonight for Council information. <br />The final budget is considered each year at the Truth in Taxation Hearing, which is scheduled for <br />Monday, December 6, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />2005 Goals on pages • <br />2005 Budget <br />4Y <br />
