As we <br />noted in our preliminary dues notice this past summer, the AMM Board of Directors <br />has reduced our 2004 operating budget and frozen member dues at their 2003 level in <br />an effort to respond to these challenging economic times. Your continued <br />membership and participation in AMM is greatly appreciated. <br />During 2004, AMM will be focusing its legislative efforts on the state budget, <br />spending and expenditure limits including levy limits, transportation funding and <br />regional government issues. At the regional level, we will be closely monitoring the <br />Metropolitan Council's work developing the four policy plans that coincide with the <br />2030 Framework. <br />Again, thank you for your continued membership.
