• <br />• <br />CONSENT G3 <br />1/28/04 <br />ITEM: Approval of invoice in the amount of $6,967.23 from City <br />of Roseville for computer and software upgrades <br />SUBMITTED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: The City of Roseville's IT Department transferred the Falcon Heights network over <br />to their servers last weekend. As part of that transfer, several computers either needed to be <br />replaced or upgraded. <br />The transfer has gone very smoothly, and staff recommends approval of this invoice to cover the <br />costs associated with the new hardware and software. All of the computers were purchased <br />through Roseville's State of Minnesota Contract, and software upgrades were also available <br />on State contract, representing substantial cost savings to the City of Falcon Heights. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />• Invoice from City of Roseville for computer and software upgrades <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />• Approval of payment of invoice <br />• <br />
